We will program your new all NEC DSX Phone Systems purchased from E System Sales, Inc for free and provide 60 days of updates to make sure you are happy with your new NEC DSX Phone System..  We need a Windows XP PC connected to the internet and to the NEC DSX Phone System either through a USB connection or an existing Ethernet Connection.  You can connect your NEC DSX Phone System to your existing computer network and the time will automatically updated via a Government Time Server.

Free Technical Support

E System Sales will provide Free Technical Support via telephone to the original owner of the NEC DSX Phone System purchased from E System Sales, Inc.  No email support we will get it right the first time.

Free Firmware Upgrades.

The latest firmware is available for free from the NEC website.  All you need is a Compact Flash Card.  The procedure to update the Firmware is an EZ procedure to perform and will not erase the existing system programming.  We do strongly recommend you perform a database back up.  The system back up can be performed via the PC admin.
